We are happy to announce that our Fifteenth Annual Pasta Night Fundraiser in honor of Edmond will be held on Friday, May 29th from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Salem High School, 44 Geremonty Drive, Salem, NH.
It is hard to believe we are marking fifteen years of this tradition. Each year, the support of our community has made it possible to keep Edmond’s memory alive and to send another group of Salem High School JROTC cadets on their way with a little extra help toward their future.
Dinner will be served between 5:30 and 7:00 PM. We are once again deeply grateful to Stachey’s Olde-Time Pizzeria for their continued support, helping us keep this tradition going year after year. Admission is just $15 for adults, and children under 10 are free.
The evening will also feature live music by David Lacroix and various prize raffles, including a 50/50 drawing, with prizes donated by generous local businesses across our community.
As always, all proceeds from the fundraiser go directly to the SSG Edmond Lo Memorial Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (Tax ID 27-2668129) that provides scholarships to Salem High School JROTC students who carry on the values Edmond believed in.
Thanks to the generosity of this community, the Fund has now awarded scholarships to more than 45 Salem High School JROTC cadets, including our 2025 recipients, Alex Lertpatthanakul and Mia Wheeler. Whether you have been with us since the very first year or are joining us for the first time, we hope you will come out for an evening of dinner, raffles, music, and remembrance. We look forward to seeing you on May 29th.
